Terms and Conditions
Woocommerce Drip Content Pro
1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the customer (“User”) and Firma pro radost s.r.o., ID No.: 07315996, with its registered office at Marie Podvalové 930/7, 19600 Čakovice, Czech Republic (“Provider”), when purchasing and using the Woocommerce Drip Content Pro software plugin (“Product”).
By ordering and using the Product, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. License
The Product is distributed under the GNU GPL v2 or higher license.
By purchasing the Pro version, the User obtains a service package – access to updates and technical support for the duration of the purchased license.
The license key serves as a technical means of verifying entitlement to updates and support.
3. Price and payment
The price of the Product is listed on the product website and at checkout.
Payments and invoicing for digital products offered on this website (unless otherwise stated) are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record. The purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions are an integral part of the business relationship and take precedence over these terms and conditions in matters of payment and billing.
Firma pro radost s.r.o. is the creator and supplier of digital content and the copyright holder, not the direct seller.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered electronically after payment via the technical means of the partner (Lemon Squeezy, Inc.).
5. Updates and Support
Under the valid license, the User is entitled to updates and technical support to the extent specified on the product website.
Support includes troubleshooting technical issues related to installation, license activation, and basic functionality of the Product.
Support does not cover:
- modifications to the source code made by the User or a third party,
- conflicts caused by other plugins, templates, or server environments,
- custom implementations or consulting beyond the scope of standard documentation,
- administration or maintenance of the WordPress website as a whole.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide support if the problem is not related to the Product.
Updates are performed using WordPress platform tools or by downloading and installing a new version.
6. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds
The Product is digital software delivered immediately after payment. This type of product is subject to an exception to the right of withdrawal under Section 1837(l) of the Civil Code.
However, the Provider offers a fair refund policy: The User may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the Product has not been activated or if it is not functional and the technical problem cannot be resolved. This refund is not a legal entitlement.
A refund is not possible if the User has not met the technical requirements under Article 9 or has interfered with the source code.
7. Personal Data Protection
The Provider processes only the necessary personal data (e-mail, billing information) for the purpose of delivering the Product and managing the license.
Personal data is stored in accordance with the GDPR and Czech law.
The data is stored on servers in the EU and managed by European providers.
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Provider’s privacy policy, available at tools.petr-zeman.cz in the footer of the website.
8. Liability
The Product is provided “as is” without any warranty as to its functionality, compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose.
The Provider is not liable for any damage, loss of data, lost profits, or other consequences arising from the use of the Product.
Users are strongly advised to back up their website and data before installation and updates.
Users are also advised to regularly back up and protect their server against attacks and security threats.
Any interference with the code or operation in an incompatible environment relieves the Provider of the obligation to provide support and refunds.
9. Technical requirements
For the Product to function properly, it is necessary to ensure an environment that meets the minimum requirements listed on the product website (e.g., PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, MySQL versions).
The Product may not be compatible with all versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, third-party templates, and plugins.
To verify the license, the server must allow the necessary network connection (e.g., HTTPS communication with the license server).
Failure to meet these technical requirements or blocking communication with the license server is not a reason for a refund.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and EU law.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably in the first instance; in the event of legal proceedings, the court with jurisdiction according to the Provider’s registered office will have jurisdiction.
11. Final provisions
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes shall take effect upon publication on the product website.
These Terms and Conditions are available in multiple language versions. In the event of differing interpretations or ambiguities between language versions, the Czech version shall always take precedence.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the product website.
